Mandeep Gill is CTO and co-founder of Pump Up, a platform for enterprises to vibe-code internal tools with security and governance at the forefront, based on an opinionated Java runtime.
Previously, he was CTO and co-founder of Datapane, a Python reporting and dashboarding API for data science teams, and NStack, a type-safe microservices engine for cloud-first streaming data workflows built on Haskell and Kubernetes.
Across three startups he's built platforms at the intersection of developer tooling, managed infrastructure, and making powerful technology accessible. He recently came back to the JVM, is super excited by modern, data-oriented Java and has strong opinions about keeping enterprise stacks simple.
