Heather Stephens joined the Java Platform Group at Oracle to pursue her passion for raising up the next generation of creative technologists and leaders. Her favorite professional days are when she learns something new and when she is gifted opportunities to connect creative people with bright ideas in unique ways that foster innovation and amplify impact. Otherwise, Heather recharges in nature, on the racetrack, singing, and with copious amounts of Java (of both varieties)!
