Description

Dan Smith is a senior developer in the Java Platform group at Oracle. He currently works on the Valhalla project, designing features that minimize the overhead of computing with objects in Java. He also helps maintain the Java Language and Java Virtual Machine specifications. He has a PhD from Rice University, and has been a part of the Java team at Oracle since 2010.
